IQE group has carried out a major business operation with the acquisition of PeroxyChem’s silicate division in Spain. The purchase includes the silicate production line located at the La Zaida plant and the Zamudio factory.
According to Jorge Villarroya, Managing Director of IQE, “This operation will allow us to grow and gain productive capacity, in addition to avoiding a possible competitor.”
