Ethical Channel

The purpose of the IQE Group’s Code of Ethics is to define and make known the main guidelines of conduct to be followed by all persons directly or indirectly related to the Group, as well as the principles and values that should inspire the day-to-day work of all those who are part of the Group.

Through this channel it is possible to report legal breaches by the organization or its members, under the terms and conditions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption.

What do we consider non-compliance with regulations?

These include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Fraud and scams Money laundering Tax evasion or avoidance
  • Offences against intellectual or industrial property
  • Unfair competition Offences against the market or consumer persons
  • Internal corruption-Irregularities with the Social Security or the Tax Authorities
  • Non-compliance with data protection regulations
  • Disclosure of business secrets
  • Embezzlement
  • Environmental and public health offences
  • Violation of workers’ rights

Some of the situations that could be reported through this channel are:

  • Conducts and behaviours considered illegal with the performance of the job
  • Alleged management for profit of company resources
  • Situations of discrimination or sexual abuse
  • Corruption, theft, fraud, etc. practices.

Who can submit a report?

Any person in the company and those external persons who are or have been linked or related to the company in an employment or professional context.

How can I report an event?

It can be submitted verbally, in writing or in person by following the steps described in the Confidential Whistleblowing Channel form. Reporting can also be anonymous.

How will the reporting be managed?

It will be managed in a manner that guarantees confidentiality and prohibits reprisals against the informant.

How is the reporting person protected?

The internal reporting system meets the guarantees of confidentiality, non-retaliation, respect for independence, data protection, secrecy of communications and good practices of monitoring, investigation and whistleblower protection.
