An event organized by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.feique.org\/\">FEIQUE<\/a> (Spanish Chemical Industry Business Federation), which brings together the leading companies in the Spanish chemical sector.<\/p>\n\n<p>Under the slogan <strong><em>Green Deal Edition<\/em>,<\/strong> focuses on the essential role played by the chemical industry, developing important <strong>Innovative and disruptive solutions to help accelerate the transition to a sustainable and digital economy<\/strong> for Europe to achieve climate neutrality by 2050, which is the ambition of the European Green Pact.<\/p>\n\n<p>This meeting will provide visibility to the latest projects, research, trends and innovations that are already being developed by the chemical sector to contribute to the objectives of the <em>Green Deal <\/em>such as: green hydrogen; capture, storage and use of CO<sub>2<\/sub>These will be very relevant in areas such as energy transition, the circular economy and digitalization, and will channel the change in the production paradigm that Europe is demanding.<\/p>\n\n<p>On Tuesday, May 30, Miguel Cano, R&amp;D Researcher and Product Manager at Industrias Qu\u00edmica<strong>s<\/strong> del Ebro, S.A., will be in charge of the <em>smarttalk<\/em>: <strong>LIFE ZEROSILIBRINE, Precipitated Silica: landfill valorization through a circular economy strategy. Recovery of water and sodium sulfate. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The LIFE ZEROSILIBRINE Project is a PILOT PROJECT that applies an innovative technology for the treatment of precipitated silica discharge, an environmental challenge without a viable solution at present.
