Allocation of the capitalisation reserve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fourth.- Remuneration of the board of directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fifth.- Appointment of auditors of individual and consolidated accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sixth.- Documentation of resolutions.
